सार (Abstract)

यह शोध-पत्र किस्सा भगत पूरणमल की रागणी 9–18 का हरियाणवी रागणी परंपरा के संदर्भ में समालोचनात्मक अध्ययन प्रस्तुत करता है। अध्ययन का उद्देश्य यह स्पष्ट करना है कि लोक-कथा, भक्ति, नैतिक संघर्ष, वैराग्य और सामाजिक उत्तरदायित्व जैसे तत्व रागणी के माध्यम से किस प्रकार एक सशक्त साहित्यिक और सांस्कृतिक अभिव्यक्ति का रूप ग्रहण करते हैं। विशेष रूप से पूरणमल के चरित्र-विकास को एक राजकुमार से संन्यासी और अंततः लोक-आध्यात्मिक आदर्श के रूप में विश्लेषित किया गया है।

यह अध्ययन गुणात्मक शोध-पद्धति पर आधारित है, जिसमें पाठ-विश्लेषण, सांस्कृतिक-आलोचनात्मक दृष्टिकोण तथा पिंगल एवं छंदात्मक विश्लेषण का समन्वित प्रयोग किया गया है। रागणी 9–18 के चयनित पदों और पंक्तियों का संदर्भानुसार अध्ययन करते हुए उनके कथात्मक, प्रतीकात्मक और भावात्मक आयामों की व्याख्या की गई है। साथ ही मात्रा-विन्यास, यति, तुकांत-योजना और ध्वनि-अलंकारों का विश्लेषण किया गया है।

अध्ययन के निष्कर्ष यह दर्शाते हैं कि ये रागनियाँ केवल लोककथा का विस्तार नहीं हैं, बल्कि भक्ति, नैतिक प्रतिरोध, सामाजिक पुनर्संयोजन और सांस्कृतिक मूल्यों की जटिल संरचना को अभिव्यक्त करती हैं। पूरणमल का वैराग्य, सुंदरादे का समर्पण, इच्छरादे का मातृत्व और सुलेभान का पश्चाताप मिलकर एक ऐसे नैतिक तंत्र का निर्माण करते हैं, जिसमें व्यक्तिगत अनुभव सामूहिक चेतना से जुड़ जाते हैं। यह अध्ययन हरियाणवी रागणी परंपरा को एक संगठित साहित्यिक, सांस्कृतिक और छंदात्मक प्रणाली के रूप में स्थापित करता है।

Scholarly Context

This article completes the two-part critical study of the Bhagat Puranmal cycle within the author’s broader research on vernacular prosody and folk literature. Parallel investigations into Heer–Ranjha and Adharajan provide comparative paradigms for metric scansion, gendered resistance, and ethical selfhood in North Indian performance traditions.
